In most cases once you pay for an order, it will be shipped in 3 weeks or less. If the furniture arrives damaged, you can ship it back to us at no charge for new furniture. The new furniture will be shipped back to you at no charge. Our goal is to make you the customer happy. If you feel unsatisfied with your order, contact us and we will work out a solution that is within reason.
